Chef's Table

When you choose to hire us for a decadent dinner experience, we will work with you to design the best menu to suit your taste and your event. 

Our 3 courses menu includes one amuse bouche, followed by a starter, main and dessert of your choice. We can adapt this format to your needs and your budget. We specialise in rustic Mediterranean style food but ask us for any special request.

Pork and duck rillettes with cornichons and little salad served with baguette slices

Roasted goat cheese on crostini, roasted walnuts, pears and shaved fennel mixed salad

Braised beef cheeks cooked in red wine served with garlic Paris mash

Portobello and chorizo risotto

Sous vide pepper steak with parmesan thick polenta chips, tomato relish

Crispy skin salmon with ratatouille and saffron rice

Braised beef short ribs, red wine jus with rosemary garlic potatoes and green beans

Dukkah crusted lamb with smoked eggplant and couscous

Mango, chilli, coriander, Thai chicken salad


All Mains are served with in-season greens

Breakfast, Lunch and drop off platters

Decadent Catering can organise a breakfast bar for you, filled with house-made to order pastries, such a croissant, chocolate croissant, brioches, raisin pastry snails... We can put together fruit platters, beautiful house made maple granola, frittatas, breakfast bar, egg sandwiches...


Want the wow factor at your event: organised a food station. What about a crepe stand, or an omelette stand? Our chef will make the food to order in front your guest. We can also organise a DIY food station, such as Make your own crostini, Make your own grilled cheese, Make your own smores,...

Boardroom dining can be one of the most formal corporate catering events that occur in the office, and needs to be managed professionally. We know what it takes to ensure your event is a success. Wine and Cheese Evening

Complementing food with wine can be tricky. Some cheese can be too strong to be eaten with some red wine. We organise wonderful wine and cheese evening where we will pair 3 to 6 whites wines and 3 to 6 reds wines with cheeses that will complement them. We also provide 3 types of canapes per person. 

We can make it a blind wine testing, where guests have to find out what type of grapes and region the wine is from.
